Welcome to Pack n Print Pro. These Terms and Conditions govern all sales, purchases, and use of our products and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Products and Services

Pack n Print Pro sources and supplies a wide range of products including, but not limited to, plastic packaging, medical consumables, PPE, stationery, and disposable items. Product availability is subject to change based on stock levels and supplier capabilities.

3. Orders

All orders must be confirmed via email or whatsapp, only written confirmation will be accepted.. Pack n Print Pro reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion

4. Pricing

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier pricing adjustments, currency fluctuations, or other market factors. Quotations are valid for a limited time, as stated on the quotation document.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders require full payment before dispatch. Approved account holders may be offered payment terms, subject to credit approval.

6. Delivery

We aim to maintain exceptional lead times and unbeatable delivery periods. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Pack n Print Pro will not be liable for any losses arising from delays in delivery. Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon full payment.

7. Product Souring & Special Orders

At Pack n Print Pro, we are committed to sourcing specific items based on client needs. Special orders and non-standard inventory items may require extended lead times and may be subject to minimum order quantities. Such items are non-returnable unless defective.

8. Returns & Refunds

Goods may only be returned with prior written approval from Pack n Print Pro. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Faulty or incorrect goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pack n Print Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from the supply, use, or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

10. Force Majeure

Pack n Print Pro will not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or communicated directly.
